No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we strongly recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple. There are various reasons why this may have happened ranging from validity of card/net banking details, insufficient funds in the account to technical difficulties. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information may have changed. In that case, please confirm your credit card details and try again. Also, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.

All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.

We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays, local/ natural disturbances) You can track your order from the ‘My Account’ section on the website to get an update on your order status. Each of our products are first paper bubble wrapped and then placed in a sturdy carton, which is taped and prepared for shipping. Fragile items like spray or glass bottles are safeguarded with an additional layer of paper bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

While we will endeavour to deliver your order at the earliest, we request you to bear with possible delays due to the restrictions in movement. Delays are likely to be longer for areas that are sealed as we will only be able to attempt delivery once the locality is unsealed. While we try our best to fulfill your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regards to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery, for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.

No. We do not source nor recommend any products that fail to meet our high ethical standards. None of the formulations or the organic and natural beauty products we offer are tested on animals.

We do not use any synthetic fragrances in our products. Our signature scents are 100% naturally-derived.

We are making a conscious effort to minimise and offset our impact on the environment wherever possible. We endeavour, where possible, to utilise only eco-friendly packaging and shipping materials. Most of our products are in glass jars and shipping boxes are 100% recyclable.

Skin and hair care takes time, you will notice a difference after three weeks. your skin should be softer, smoother, and more even without areas of oiliness and dryness. in general, the top layer of skin turns over once every six weeks, and therefore the best result is seen at that time.
