How to Use

Follow these simple steps to enjoy the benefits of Abhyanga with our Organic Abhyanga Oil:

Step 1: Warm the Oil 

Place the oil bottle in a bowl of hot water to warm it.

Step 2: Prepare Your Space

Find a comfortable spot in a warm room where you can relax.

Step 3: Start at the Head

Begin by applying the oil to the crown of your head (adhipati marma). Use circular strokes and take a few minutes to massage your entire scalp.

Step 4: Face Massage: 

Gently massage your forehead, temples, cheeks, and jaws using upward circular motions. Pay special attention to your earlobes, which house essential marma points and nerve endings.

Step 5: Limbs and Joints: 

Use long strokes on your arms and legs, and circular motions on your elbows and knees. Always massage towards your heart.

Step 6: Abdomen and Chest: 

Massage in broad, clockwise, circular motions on the abdomen, following the path of the large intestine. Move up on the right side, across, and down on the left side.

Step 7: Feet: 

Spend a few minutes massaging your feet, as they contain vital marma points and nerve endings.

Step 8: Relax: 

Sit with the oil for 5-15 minutes if possible, allowing it to absorb into your body's deeper layers.

Step 9: Cleansing: 

Use an ubtan to cleanse your body, then rinse off with warm water.

Step 10: Enjoy:
